Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dispoca you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dispoca. A guest under 13 may only participate with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, and their photos stay hidden until that consent is given.

Dispoca is camera-only: every photo is taken inside the app, in the moment. You may not upload images from your camera roll, attempt to bypass the in-app camera, or interfere with the service's normal operation or security.

You own the photos you take. To run the service, you grant Dispoca a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process (including stripping metadata and running automated safety checks), and display your photos within your event and its gallery. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained briefly in backups or as required by law.

You agree not to capture or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights or privacy. Do not photograph people who object to being photographed. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

If you create an event, you are responsible for how it is run: inviting only people who should attend, obtaining any consents your guests or local laws require, and moderating the photos in your event. You decide who receives the shareable gallery link.

Uploaded photos are scanned automatically for explicit content, and guests can report a photo for review. Organizers and our operators may hide, remove, or block content and participants that violate these Terms or the law. We may suspend the service for events that are misused.

Dispoca is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that photos will always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispoca is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Dispoca and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to others or the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email support@dispoca.app.
